About Morris Isaacson Secondary School
It has been five years since the Collen Mashawana Foundation took over the Morris Isaacson Secondary School in Soweto. Annually, we collaborate with the community, students, teachers, and partners to engage in a project aimed at maintaining and renovating the school. In 2020, we completed the construction of four toilet blocks, comprising a total of 28 toilets. Prior to this, the school had been experiencing non-functional toilets and a deteriorated sewer system for several years.

The Collen Mashawana Foundation has restored their ablution blocks and henceforth restored the dignity of Morris Isaacson’s students who will no longer be encumbered by the sharing of a single block of toilets.
